What was the highlight of Les Oliviers Palace
A great place to stay. Enjoy the hotel as much as you enjoy the city.
This is a very well presented hotel. It is probably the best hotel l have stayed in since May...and l have stayed in many since May.
A couple of staff showed me an indifference which was undoubtedly racial. I think they felt that l should not be on this great property..Dispite that l am still prepared to offer 10s all around!

Very poor service the staff in the lobby bar just ignored you . Breakfast not bad but the coffee horrible from a machine . Rooms clean and spacious

Rooms fine ,staff can do much better
Staff very unwelcoming in the lounge and restaurants,very few people but I sat in the lounge for over 15 mins and not one waiter asked me if I wanted a drink .Restarant for lunch six people ,they where doing you a favour to serve !one meal ordered never came ,had to find someone to pay the bill ? No tip given
Complained to the reception ,but no come back . Better left that way will not return

Nothing except the location.
Nothing except the location.
Air condition not working and order some cakes and soft drink unfortunately did not come for more than 2 hours:( . Really for me and my family our stay was nightmare.
